Yoga is a practice that allows us to return to our centre and shed layers while learning patience and acceptance.

This practice changes us as we begin to become ever more aware of each conscious movement and decision we make.

A Meditation practice is an anchor that keeps us grounded, how it can be so simple to sit and breath, through whatever day, time or space; it is always available.

Yoga and Meditation are a big part of Julia's adventures throughout the world, finding places for deep connection, studies and practice.

Julia is currently practicing and sharing Yoga on the east coast of Australia.
